With two decades of experience as a PM in Tech, Marketing, and Communication projects, I honed my multidisciplinary skills in a multinational telecommunications company. I led training programs in onboarding, customer service, complaint management, and system handling. I bring expertise in content creation, process analysis and improvement, marketing action planning, and team coordination. I possess strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. I'm a natural-born photographer and techie, always on the lookout for new challenges to apply my experience and contribute to high-performing teams.
